J-35 Fighter Jet: China’s New Generation of Stealth Aviation

The J-35 is a Chinese fifth-generation stealth fighter aircraft developed by Shenyang Aircraft Corporation. It is designed as a multirole combat aircraft with an emphasis on low observability, advanced sensors, networked operations, and modern air-to-air and air-to-surface capabilities.

The aircraft is part of China’s broader effort to develop advanced domestic fighter technology and expand its fifth-generation aviation capabilities.

Stealth is one of the most important characteristics of the J-35. Its carefully shaped airframe, aligned surfaces, internal weapon-storage concepts, and other design features are intended to reduce its radar visibility compared with conventional fighter aircraft.
